Orders

  • How do I pay for my order?

We only accept PayPal® at this time, other payment methods are still being tested.
  • Why was my order canceled?

Cancelling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but we have to do it for several reasons:
1) Item is out of stock.
2) Undeliverable areas.
3) Your financial institution did not allow the transaction.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Scheduled delivery orders can be canceled 24 hours prior to your selected delivery date for full refund. Parcel delivery orders cannot be canceled, but you can return it within our 14 free return days.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order online you will an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. This will include your order tracking number. Track your shipment by clicking on the Track order link.

  • How long does delivery take?

About 5-10 business days.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

UK only.

  • Delivered but not received

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:
1) Check with neighbors and family members
2) Look around the delivery location
3) Check for notice of attempted delivery
4) Contact the carrier
  • I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

  • Can I change my delivery address after my parcel has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the mode of transport once the product is in transit. 

  • My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and send an email for assistance. We will reply within 24 hours.
Returns

  • Return rules and restrictions

1) Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
2) Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached.
3) You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 14 days of our receiving the returned order.

  • Do I need to pay for the postage for returning the product?

For product issues, we will cover the postage; for non-product issues, the customer will cover the shipping costs.

  • How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?

Once received, returns are processed within 7–10 business days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
