Return & Exchanges

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you have purchased an item after 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in good condition with all original packaging attached.

There are several types of items that are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or hygienic, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products

In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable).
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only normally priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, special priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchange of goods (if applicable)
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email us at and send your item to EBL, 15 Cato Street, Nechells, Birmingham B7 4TS, United Kingdom.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver shipped the order to themselves so that they could give it to you later, a refund will be sent to the giver who will find your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
